All pricing is to be paid in full and up front unless other arrangements have been made.

One On One Personal Training

Personal training with a coach offers a personalized fitness approach that emphasizes proper form and technique. Close work with a knowledgeable trainer provides real-time feedback, ensuring correct exercise execution. This focus maximizes workout efficiency and reduces injury risk. A skilled coach identifies and corrects harmful habits, guiding movements precisely and offering tailored modifications for your fitness level and goals. With their support, you can build strength, improve endurance, and enhance performance while avoiding setbacks from poor technique. Investing in personal training prioritizes your health and enables you to reach fitness goals confidently and safely.

-Each session is one hour in length-

Single Sessions:

  • $60/ session

A Commitment of:

  • 5 sessions at $55 each

  • 10 or more sessions at $50 each

Couples or Friends Session:

  • 2-3 people is $35 per person per session.

Online Coaching and Training Plans

When you live far away or can’t get to the gym, online coaching offers a flexible and personalized fitness approach for all levels. You'll receive tailored workout plans that align with your goals, focusing on your strengths while challenging you appropriately. Access your plan anytime and anywhere—at home, in the gym, or while traveling. Staying connected with your coach through regular check-ins is essential for accountability and motivation. Many programs include nutritional advice to enhance your results and promote a healthier lifestyle. Choosing online coaching means having a dedicated partner in your fitness journey, focusing on becoming a healthier, happier you.

One Time Workout Plan:

  • $100 Includes workout supplement recommendations (bcaa’s, pre-workout etc.)

If you want on going training programs, refer to the accountability program section.

 

Custom Nutrition Plans

At Forged Fitness Personal Training, we know nutrition is essential to your fitness journey. Our custom nutrition plans cater to your unique needs and goals. Choose a one-time plan for a strong start or a monthly plan for ongoing support (three-month minimum) to adjust as you progress. We’ll create a seamless plan to help you achieve your desired results and enhance your well-being!

All plans include supplement recommendations.

One Time Nutrition Plan:

  • $100

Monthly Nutrition Plan:

  • $75/month (minimum 3 month commitment to see results)

Accountability Programs

Forged Fitness accountability programs keep you motivated on your fitness journey. With personalized nutrition plans, regular check-ins, and constructive feedback, we help you stay on track and celebrate your successes. A dedicated coach offers the motivation needed to achieve realistic goals and cultivate lasting discipline. This can be done in person or online! Let’s forge your path to better health together!

Minimum 3 Month Commitment:

  • $150/month( includes both nutrition and training plans, plus, updates to plans as you progress, check ins, online chats, motivation, someone who has your back and will give tough love or cheer for you and push you to your goal!)

A total package can be designed if you want personal training and nutrition combined. Message me and we’ll work it out.
